• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Orders and Payment

• We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card and UPI (through Razorpay)
• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or stock unavailability

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order value
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Razorpay/UPI orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Refunds for cancelled orders are issued after deducting any applicable transaction fees
• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of orders that have already been shipped

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Submit false or misleading information, including fake reviews
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our express written permission

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
